By downloading or using Nusomi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Nusomi is a skin tracking application that allows you to take daily photos, receive AI-powered skin analysis, and monitor skin health trends over time. The app is available on iOS.

Nusomi is for personal, non-commercial use only. The AI analysis is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for medical skin concerns.

Your account

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nusomi.

Subscriptions and payments

Nusomi offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. Subscription prices are displayed before purchase. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos you take in the app. By using Nusomi, you grant us a limited licence to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing skin analysis to you. We do not claim ownership of your photos and do not use them for any other purpose.

Prohibited use

• Do not use Nusomi for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the app.
• Do not upload content that is not a photo of your own face.
• Do not use automated tools to access the Nusomi API.

Disclaimer of warranties

Nusomi is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that skin analysis results are accurate or that using the app will produce any specific skin improvement outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nusomi and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
